Leads Management Junior Associate Reliever (4 months)

Requirements:
- Fresh graduate or with 2-3 yrs work experience
- Previous customer service experience or business development is preferred
- Good english communication skills (verbal and written)
- Knows proper phone ethics
- Can work well under pressure and is a teamplayer
- Very keen to details and is organized
- Knowledgeable with MS Office applications
Job Description:
- Properly encode details of incoming inquiries from the following channels:
- Phone (trunkline)
- Mobile/Text/Viber/Whatsapp
- Skype
- Walk-ins
- Social Media or other forums
- Answer incoming calls, record the caller’s details in the SDG Inquiries’ spreadsheet (MS) and Pipedrive, and transfer/endorse these callers to the Leads Management team or the right consultant/department for further assistance.
- Provide the right info regarding our services, including the services of our affiliate companies and how we can assist potential clients.
- Follow up status of forwarded inquiries to KMC consultants as per SDG protocol.
- Ensure all incoming inquiries are properly encoded and updated in SDG Inquiries’ spreadsheet (MS) and Pipedrive.
- Ensure accuracy of the following:
- Encoded data in SDG MS file and Pipedrive.
- Ensure follow-up schedules for KMC leads are executed
- Act as interim Front Desk Associate when the Receptionist is on leave, on break, and as needed.
