Ma. Socorro Guerrero

Ms. Ma. Socorro Guerrero has extensive experience, spanning over 20 years, in accountancy and auditing work both in the profit and non-profit environment.  Her expertise includes among other things the installation of accounting and financial systems of businesses and organizations, monitoring, auditing and evaluation of project and business transactions besides providing legal and tax advice to those already doing business in the country.  Payrolling service is also one of Ms Guerrero’s skills aside from her management capability in the office environment.

She has worked with Carlos J. Valdez & Company, a reputable accounting & auditing firm, and likewise, handled management services for EDS & Company - a Japanese multinational engaged in the production of automotive wiring harness for the US and Japan.  Among her non-profit engagements is her job with Habitat for Humanity Philippines where she worked, in coordination with Habitat for Humanity International,  as the Senior Auditor for four years, using the Sun Systems an QuickBooks in her auditing and accounting tasks.

Ms. Guerrero received her degree in Accountancy from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines.
