Ayla Sevilla comes as a valuable professional to any organization with solid credentials and broad experience in handling a multi – cultural environment. Ayla was a Human Resources Officer at SEO Brand Media Inc., providing Performance Improvement Plans, performance reviews, handling the recruitment process (from phone screening to contract signing), tracking employee’s attendance, creation of the company’s employee handbook and is responsible for all other HR functions, she also functioned as a Business Development Associate, helping in client meet-ups and presentations. Prior to this, Ayla worked as an HR Associate at Artemis Research and Advisory Services Inc., where she assisted the HR Manager in the implementation of all HR policies, she also helped the consultants and researchers in various product areas such as Transaction Banking, Financial Markets, Investment Banking, Equities, Asset Management, Private Wealth Management, and Hedge Funds.
