Frank Holz

Frank Holz was one of the key industry partners responsible for developing and marketing Accenture's Global Resource Center in Manila, Philippines.  This Center, which develops software and provides other technology-driven solutions for Accenture clients the world over, has been an industry leader since its inception in the mid-1980's.

Frank started his career in New York City working as a programmer for Esso Corp.  He spent 11 years in Europe working for U.S. multinationals, and held increasingly responsible jobs in the IT area.  He moved to Korea where he led a World Bank-funded project to install an on-line real-time system at the country's largest container terminal.   From there he joined SGV in Manila, where he was a Partner in the Management Services Division, initially responsible for a joint venture training institution (I/ACT), and later as the Partner responsible for building an IT practice throughout the Asia region.  As a Senior Partner with Andersen Consulting in Manila, Frank was responsible for business development, and travelled the world identifying opportunities for the Philippine practice and managing large-scale international projects.

Following his retirement, Frank founded a technical services company in Manila (GEXIS, Inc.) that was sold after four years to a U.S.-based architectural engineering firm.  Frank served briefly as the Executive Director of BPAP, the outsourcing industry organization, and subsequently founded Outsource2Philippines (O2P), that provided consultancy services to the BPO and software outsourcing industry.  Frank holds an MBA degree from Columbia University in New York City

Frank is the Senior Management Consultant and Executive Coach assisting K&C clients throughout Metro-Manila, Philippines.  His many years of experience in varied aspects of the BPO industry, have enabled him to provide a high level of service to both multinational clients and start-up companies.  Frank is particularly adept at working with senior management in a coaching/consultant role and corporate structuring and restructuring.
