Rachelle Abella is a Licensed Real Estate Broker of KMC Realty, Kittelson & Carpo Consulting's sister company. She specializes in office space leasing and residential rentals in Makati city.

Aside from being KMC Realty's in-house broker, Rachelle Abella also works as a Psychology Professor and Director of Psychology Laboratory in New Era University, QC Manila Philippines. Rachelle Abella is a lecturer and instructor in one of Psychology's major subjects, responsible for organizing course of study and examinations and panels for thesis defense.
