Skills: Excellent written and spoken English, interpersonal skills, management, etc The Accounting Manager will be in charge of all accounting, payroll, PEZA, BOI engagements and auditing of K&C clients and managing all accounting and payroll staff (CPAs and accountants).

Requirements:

• CPA
• Highly organized and intelligent
• Excellent written and spoken English
• 5 years experience- preferably with management responsibility
• 2 years management experience at least
• Experience working with foreign nationals
• Accounting
• Payroll
• Auditing
• Knowledge of Tax Laws and regulations, experience with filing returns and BIR issues: refunds; assessements
• Tax incentives (PEZA/BOI)- knowledge of relevant investment laws and regulations

Responsibilities:

• Meeting with potential clients and managing client relationships
• Sending and reviewing proposals
• Managing accounting staff
• Overseeing and Reporting to Managing Director on engagements and feasibility of new projects
• Managing and direct client engagements: Accounting and Payroll, PEZA and BOI registration
• Creating reports and status updates of engagements for management review
• Marketing services to potential clients
