Kittelson & Carpo Consulting is now hiring an accountant with experience in general accouting, payroll, tax, auditing and finanical statements.  Accountants should have experience working with or for foreign clients and multi-national companies in the Philippines.  This open CPA or accountant position is for Kittelson & Carpo Consulting's Makati, Metro Manila office.

Required Experience

• At least two years experience
  
• Strong English
  
• Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance
  
• Payroll processes
• Preparation of financial reports
  
• Ability to organize and prioritize numerous tasks and complete them under time constraints
• Interpersonal skills necessary to effectively communicate and follow instructions from a diverse group of clients, attorneys and staff

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements and various tax returns
• Maintain financial records such as receivable and accounts payable for the company
• Manage client billing
• Deduct bi-weekly company and client payroll
• Reconcile monthly bank statements
• Fill with BIR and other government agencies
  
• Manage cash flow among several accounts and prepare wire transfers as necessary
• Maintain strict confidentiality with client, employee, and financial information
• Interact with clients, Managing Director, Partner Attorney and Admin staff
