Responsibilities:

• The Cadet Training Supervisor will oversee all MFCI tasks related to Cadets (Engine Cadets, Deck Cadets, Electrician Cadets) with emphasis on core functions such as: recruitment, induction program, Training and development, and group representation in Maritime school sponsored events.

• The Cadet Training Supervisor will be the main contact person of The Cadet Administration team seated in Singapore.

• Close coordination between these two parties is a must to ensure that all Cadets-related matters are taken care of.

 

Requirements:

• Preferably a third officer, a third engineer, or a fourth engineer with 2 or more years experience in Cadets Administration who possess the following traits:

• Highly keen on details
• Has good communication and interpersonal skills
• Has strong negotiation Skills
• Team player
