Responsibilities:

• Protects and enhances CTOM corporate brand, company name by safeguarding and ensuring compliance and conformance to global branding guidelines and protocols
• Supports management goals and strategies through effective and persuasive communications strategies
• Manages media coverage and public relations by directly coordinating with medial groups, external business parties
• Counsels coordinators and program representatives on event management & communications
• Oversees company-wide communications vehicles such as Internal Communications Engine, Corporate Website, Corporate eMail account, et al
• Manages and develops publications and news vehicles
• Hosts rewards & recognition program and company events

 

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree preferably in AB in Literary Arts, AB in Communications, Journalism, Broadcasting, BS in Development Communications, AB in Mass Communications, or related discipline/s.
• Must have at least 2-3 years of work experience specializing in employee engagement initiatives, corporate communications, events and pr relations; brand and marketing management preferably from BPO industry.  
• Should be highly proficient in MS products or similar tools / systems (office regular – Word, Excel, Power Point, et al)
• Must be knowlegeable in Adobe products or similar tools / systems (publishing – PhotoShop, Illustrator, Acrobat, et al); Tech and internet saavy. 
• Possesses strong background in global branding standards, protocols and procedures
• Must have strong presentation and communication skills plus good event management skills
• Should be result oriented, with strong sense of business.
• A mature and creative team player and has an aptitude for developing people
• Must be open to work on night shift schedule (9pm to 530am)
• Must be open to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa City
• Full-Time positions available.
