Responsibilities:
• Responsible for providing consistent high quality customer service and support for end users of B&M Mandarin-speaking offices.
• He/She will handle client's Global Applications, Microsoft, Desktop and any IT issues as they arise.
• He/She is also responsible for resolving these issues in a timely and efficient manner and escalating them to support groups when necessary.
• Able to speak in fluently in Mandarin / Spanish.
