Requirements:

• Knowledge of the Philippines Maritime Industry, specifically in the crewing industry

• Knowledge of the International Maritime Industry

• At least ten years (10), extensive experience in the crewing industry

• Managerial and coaching skills, and has leadership experience

• Strategic and analytical skills, helicopter view

• Experience in Human Resource processes

• Experience in Financial processes

• Excellent English communication skills, written and oral
