HR Management

• Provide high quality of leadership
• Manage an effective and efficient HR Operations function, including recruitment and selection, employee relations and reward and systems, Employee training and development, Compensation and Benefits and Organization Development
• Provide business focused HR advice and services
• Manage the implementation, development and maintenance of HR policies and procedures to meet Kittelson & Carpo’s needs
• Develop, administer and regularly update performance review system, salary and benefits package for all employees
• Ensure compliance with all laws relating to employment
• Develop and update new staff orientation materials
• Maintain all needed personnel records

ADMINISTRATION

• Oversee the efficient operation, development and communication of policies and procedures for daily office operations
• Determines operational processes that will benefit the business

Requirements

• Relevant degree or equivalent work experience
• At least 3 years previous experience in general human resource management
• Experience in development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task and work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent oral and written English skills
