HR Management
- Provide high quality of leadership
- Manage an effective and efficient HR Operations function, including recruitment and selection, employee relations and reward and systems, Employee training and development, Compensation and Benefits and Organization Development
- Provide business focused HR advice and services
- Manage the implementation, development and maintenance of HR policies and procedures to meet Kittelson & Carpo’s needs
- Develop, administer and regularly update performance review system, salary and benefits package for all employees
- Ensure compliance with all laws relating to employment
- Develop and update new staff orientation materials
- Maintain all needed personnel records
ADMINISTRATION
- Oversee the efficient operation, development and communication of policies and procedures for daily office operations
- Determines operational processes that will benefit the business
Requirements
- Relevant degree or equivalent work experience
- At least 3 years previous experience in general human resource management
- Experience in development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task and work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent oral and written English skills
