Kittelson & Carpo Consulting is now hiring 2 corporate lawyers with experience in tax and working with foreign clients and multi-national companies in the Philippines.  This open lawyer position is for Kittelson & Carpo Consulting's Makati, Metro Manila office.

Start date: Immediately
Salary: Dependent on experience

Required Experience

• General corporate law
• General tax law
  
• Assisting foreign clientele in the BPO, IT & Call Center industries
  
• Business formation & corporate registration
• Tax incentives availment
• Advice on tax issues in relation to inbound investment

Preferred Experience

• Application of tax treaties
• Tax assessments and claims for refund
• Immigration and labor issues for expatriate employees
• Import/export law
  
• Product registration of food, drugs and cosmetics
• Real estate law
  

Responsibilities

• Answer inquires of potential clients via email and phone
• Meet and deal directly with new clients
• Create and send proposals to clients
  
• Manage client engagements
