Requirements:
- 1-2 Years experience as QA Team Lead / Sr Quality Analyst in a BPO setting
- BS/BA Degree or Equivalent
- Team Management in a call centre environment
- Ability to Read, Analyse Data, Interpret common reports and Service Level Reports.
- Ability to respond to common complaints of the client and other members of Operations.
- Ability to effectively present information to Quality and Operations.
- Ability to motivate CSRs addressing their challenges.
- Personal Effectiveness by openly displaying a sense of dedication to reflect positives of the organisational culture and values in all activities.
- Knowledgeable in MS Windows applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Willing to work on a night shift schedule
