• M/F, 24-28 years old

• With solid experience in recruitment either from a headhunting firm or a BPO, or an IT company.

• Articulate and adept in target search and target selection.

• Able to calibrate jobs across different functions and levels in an organization.

• Has deep interest in human resources management and willing to evolve the recruitment role to pioneering the HR and Admin function of the company.

• With pleasing personality but someone who can really go out there and knows where and how to pursue competent candidates.

• Must be familiar with different sourcing strategies.

• Bachelor's Degree or related experience is highly desired.
