Responsibilities:
• This position will be responsible for providing consistent high quality customer service and support for client's Global financial applications.
• Also responsible for resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner, and escalate to support groups when necessary.
• Minimum of 3 years prior technology Help Desk experience in a problem-solving capacity.
• Minimum of 3 years experience with incident management tools.
