Job Description:

• Collect and analyze the project's business requirements and transferring the same knowledge to development team.

• Mapping customer requirements to SAP and suggest solutions and conducting gap analysis.

• Understanding the technical designs as well as the specifications.

• Effectively communicate with internal teams and external clients to deliver functional requirements like GUI, screen and interface designs.

• Providing suggestions to the development team during the development stage of product to meet the client's business needs.

• Preparing accurate and detailed requirement specifications documents, user interface guides, and functional specification documents.

• Documenting the acquired results of analysis and workflows as well as obtaining sign-off from the appropriate client.

• Designing and executing the test scripts and test scenarios.

• Managing any change requests related to the working project plans daily to meet the agreed deadlines.

• Training team and users.

• Able to work overseas long time.

• Work under supervision of Project manager and supervisor.

• Perform other tasks by assignment from company.

 

Requirements:

• Strong experience in SAP implementation projects and support organizations in one of the following areas of FICO, MM, SD, PP, HR, PM, ETM, PS. (minimum 4-year experience with full life cycle projects)

• Experience in supporting end users in troubleshooting, technical research on configuration problems and functional issues.

• Ability to analyze and document complex business processes and map to SAP processes.
