Responsibilities:
• This position will be responsible for providing consistent high quality customer service and support for the SAP system.
• He/She will represent as a first point of contact for users needing technical and functional assistance, provide initial assessment, troubleshooting and resolution of issues.
• Knowledge on SAP system is an advantage.
