Responsibilities:
- Work on Priority 1, 2, 3 tickets.
- Issue Tracking/Resolving/Updating.
- Discuss with users and analyze the requirements.
- Write Functional Specification/Configuration/System Integration test.
- Configure and unit test in development server if required to support a production call.
- Handle emergency/urgent call during production support.
- Identify whether new development is required.
- Identify any training needs for the users.
- Write training document and conduct training to team members.
Qualifications:
- B.A. / B.S., equivalent or higher degree in Economics, Foreign Trade, Information Systems or Computer Science.
- Minimum of five (5) years working in HCM Module.
- Minimum of 3 implementation projects.
- Experience in Call Center support model is a plus
- Fundamental knowledge on ABAP is a plus.
- SAP certificate is an advantage.
- Highly motivated and customer service oriented.
