Responsibilities:

- Abstract the sales product price plan and major sales point, develop the product strategy.

- Develop the customer communication instruction for the sales staff according to company sales strategy and product planning

- Develop the training plan for the store sales.

- Responsible for the store sales training implementation.

 

Requirements:

- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree.

- Female, 22-30 years old.

- Knowledge in Home Appliance Industry.

- At least 1 year of training supervisor working experience in the Home Appliance Industry is required for this position.

- Proficient in the use of Internet and MS operating systems.

- Full-Time positions available.
