More and more web and graphic design is being outsourced to Manila and the rest of the Philippines.  More and more foreign companies are setting up business in the Philippines due in part to the country’s numerous government related tax incentives, low labor costs, and work-force's talent.  Salaries in the web and graphic design industry start at the following rates:

• Entry Level from average school - $300
• Entry Level from top schools -$400-450
• Experienced - $600 - $900
• Very Experienced - $1,000 - $1,500
• Project Manager - $1,500 - $2,000
