Register a Shelf Corporation (Company) in the Philippines

A shelf corporation or shelf company a term commonly found in the US but not really an option for the Philippins.  Given the amount of time and fees it takes to amend a company in the Philippines with the SEC it is more efficient to register a company from scratch.  Hence, a "shelf company" in the Philippines is NOT recommended.
