He has built companies from scratch while navigating through the Philippines' bureaucratic government agencies and unique business culture.  Regarding building BPO and outsourcing operations, Greg has identified the best hiring, retention and management practices for foreign companies starting and doing business in the Philippines.  

Mr. Kittelson not only manages the day to day operations of K&C but also is a Business Consultant and BPO Consultant to the company's long list of foreign clients.  In addition to offering K&C clients a wide range of services, he always offers his advice, experience and connections to other existing companies, organizations, business people and talent in the IT, BPO, Call Center, Telcos and Media industries in Metro-Manila, Philippines.
